New Groups Forming!!  Groups begin August 28, 2017; seating is limited, first come first serve.
Life after trauma:
Psychological effects of trauma may settle in after a life-threatening or alarming event.  Sufferers may have increased anxiety, depression, PTSD, or may have ongoing difficulties with relationships, self-esteem and also work related issues. That is not the end of the story.  Many overcome trauma and go on to inspire others who have had life-altering negative  experiences.

Survivors of insest, rape, domestic violence can find much needed help and support in therapeutic groups with a trained Licensed Professional Counselor to facilitate the group.  Helping them find answers to the tough questions and circumstances a survivor faces day to day.

Sexual Addiction As It Relates to Women: Because of the immediacy, availability, privacy and affordability of the Internet, more and more Christians men and women find themselves struggling with sexual addiction. Women often times refrain from getting the professional help they need because of the embarassment and stigmatization they often face from such addictions.

There is help for women suffering from sexual addiction no matter the source.  Come experience the help and get answers for the stresses that come with sexual addiction.  A Licensed Professional Counselor leads as the group members share their struggles with eachother.  Helping members to find answers for thier addictive patterns and behaviors.

Childhood grief: Children deal with grief differently than adults.  Many times the child will keep his/her feelings locked up inside.  Other troubleing signs may appear such as increased anger, isolation, fighting, and crying.  Process groups lead by a trained professional can help a child process through thier grief in a healthy manner.  Giving them the confidence to carry on without false guilt and shame associated with losing a loved one, friend, or school mate.

Healthy conflict resolution:  Many people have realtional problems.  Often times the problems are due to unmet expectations spoken or unspoken.  Come to a process group where you will learn the techniques used to communicate properly without pointing fingers or being defensive.  These skills once learned will be helpful for all types of relationships in school, work, home, etc.
